Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loader/Unloader to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring that products are handled safely and accurately. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Duties Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment. Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move products within the warehouse. Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Follow OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. Requirements Must be able to pass background check and drugscreen Ability to work a 12 hour shift (Days and Nights) Ability to work in a team orientated Environment Ability to keep a clean workspace Adhere to all plant safety policies Forklift experience preferred not required Adhere to attendance policies Reliable transportation
