Job Description

Warehouse Associate I Location:
Okarche, OK Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (Some overtime possible)
Duration:
12 months
Pay Rate:
$24-$28 per hour About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse functions, including inventory control, materials handling, and shipping/receiving. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform SAP inventory transactions. Identify, document, and report damaged materials or discrepancies. Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility. Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments (UPS & FedEx). Handle hazardous material shipping in compliance with regulations. Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations. Record and track shipment arrival and departure times. Assemble and issue kits, parts, and supplies for internal teams as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety-toe shoes. Must be certified. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, or inventory management. Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
