• Job Title: Clean Room Operator
• Job Description
• The Clean Room Operator plays a key role in supporting production by handling materials, operating woodworking equipment, and assembling high-quality products.

During the first 30 days, you focus on moving and organizing inventory, lumber, and finished products, as well as loading and unloading materials. As you progress, you cut and shape wood materials for frames, signs, décor, and store fixtures, operate a variety of woodworking machines, and ensure all products meet established specifications and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• Responsibilities
• + Move and organize inventory, lumber, and finished products during the initial training period.

+ Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently.

+ Cut and shape wood materials used for frames, signs, décor, and store fixtures according to specifications.

+ Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and cutting machines.

+ Build and assemble products in accordance with work orders, plans, and specifications.

+ Sand, stain, paint, and finish wood pieces to achieve the required appearance and quality.

+ Inspect finished products for quality, identifying defects and making adjustments as needed.

+ Measure materials accurately and interpret work orders, drawings, or plans to complete tasks correctly.

+ Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Handle general labor tasks in a manufacturing and warehouse environment as needed to support production.

• Essential Skills
• + Reliable transportation to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly throughout the workday.

+ Experience or comfort working in manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or machine operation environments.

+ Ability to operate or learn to operate woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and cutting machines.

+ Ability to read and follow work orders, plans, and basic measurements accurately.

+ Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in construction or related trades is highly beneficial. + Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production or construction setting. + Familiarity with general labor tasks in manufacturing or warehouse operations. + Comfort working with wood materials and performing finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting.

• Work Environment
• This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting with a focus on woodworking and production activities.

You work with lumber, finished wood products, and various woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and cutting machines. The standard shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering consistent daytime hours. The environment requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace suitable for general labor and production tasks.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $15.

00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
