Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for the efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of electric gaming machines, components, and related supplies within the warehouse, ensuring product integrity and timely fulfillment of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Unloading:
Accept, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of gaming machines and parts, verifying against purchase orders.
Stocking & Organizing:
Safely store machines and components in designated racking or floor locations using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
Picking & Packing:
Accurately pick machines/parts for orders, stage them for shipment, and assist with packing/crating as needed.
Inventory Management:
Update inventory records (using WMS/SAP), perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock levels.
Equipment Operation:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
Quality Control:
Conduct visual inspections for damage and ensure proper handling to maintain machine integrity.
Safety & Security:
Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols, PPE usage, and security procedures for high-value electronics.
Housekeeping:
Keep work areas, loading docks, and storage aisles clean and organized.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED. Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred, especially with electronics or heavy/delicate items. Forklift/MHE certification or ability to obtain. Basic computer skills for inventory systems (WMS, SAP). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. And stand for extended periods.
