General Laborer

Full time Monday-Friday• 8am-5pm• (Lunch 12pm-1pm) Part Time Monday-Friday shifts are 8am to Noon &/or 1-5pm (flexible on days, but not shifts) We are open to changing schedules at semester/holiday breaks for students. Currently work goals include on exterior painting, weed eating, pulling weeds, and trimming bushes. Need to be an efficient & clean painter, attention to details, and complete simple tasks regularly. Daily tasks will vary based on experience, season, and what needs accomplished. Need to be able to do yard keeping- including but not limited to weed eating, push mowing, blowing, trimming hedges, and turning flowerbeds. As well as trash collection and debris removal. Heavy lifting and unsanitary work is sometimes expected. Janitorial duties are also required. Cleaning vacant units/properties may be necessary. Maintenance experience is a plus. Must have VALID driver's license & pass criminal background check. MUST BE at least 18 years of age. Pay begins $11-13 and can be negotiated after performance evaluation and proven experience.
