This role is critical to maintaining efficient material flow throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, picking parts for production, and moving materials between work areas using scanners and material handling equipment. This position is not primarily a forklift role , though occasional forklift use may be required. Key Responsibilities Use handheld scanners to receive, transfer, and issue materials accurately Pick and stage components for welding and fabrication jobs Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods between production areas Transport completed items to inspection areas Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and other equipment Store materials in designated inventory locations Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Experience using handheld scanners or inventory systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to operate pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus but not required Comfortable working in a production environment with varying conditions Work Environment Sheet metal fabrication setting Exposure to industrial equipment and materials Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Why Join Us?
