Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing warehouse related functions of handling merchandise and product incoming or outgoing including shipping, receiving, transferring, stocking, picking, and pulling product for customers, vendors, and branch locations as required. Job Duties & Responsibilities Performs inbound/ outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Accurately pick, pack, and distribute sales orders and transfers; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy reporting. Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements. Load, unload, move and stock materials efficiently; ensure products are secured and documented with proper bills of lading. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; proactively identify and report hazards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis Physical Demands & Work Environment This position requires approximately 40-43 hours per week and involves routine physical activity, including: Frequent lifting of 25-50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. occasionally), and pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs. Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily) Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and sustained use of hands, arms, and feet Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
