Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Builder Loader to support our high-volume manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will safely build and load accurate customer orders of Coca-Cola products using pick tickets and warehouse equipment. You'll stage pallets, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and verify product counts and codes to meet quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, you'll follow all safety and food-handling procedures while contributing to a team focused on reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Accurately pick and build customer orders according to load sheets and product standards Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or related warehouse equipment Shrink-wrap, label, and stage pallets for loading and shipment Load and unload trailers while maintaining product integrity and stability Verify product codes, quantities, and dates to meet quality requirements Follow all company, safety, and food-handling policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet production and delivery schedules Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly Support continuous improvement and productivity goals within the facility Required Skills Order picking Pallet building Forklift operation RF scanner use Warehouse safety procedures Loading and unloading trailers Inventory counting Basic equipment inspection Reading pick tickets Time management
