About the Role We are seeking a safety-conscious and dependable Material Handler to contribute to our dynamic warehouse and manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring smooth operations and supporting production teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities Transport raw materials and finished products using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Organize and secure materials for storage or shipment, optimizing space utilization. Supply production lines with necessary materials, ensuring continuous operation. Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs promptly. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety standards. Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels. Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, promoting a safe workplace. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment. Proven ability to operate sit-down forklifts or heavy-lift equipment. Solid math skills and excellent hand-eye coordination. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and safety. Preferred Skills Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations. Valid forklift certification. Demonstrated reliability and a positive work ethic.
