Job Description
Looking for a shop employee for a local metal fabrication shop. This is a general helper position, to run a drill press, assist with clean up and general maintenance around shop. There may be sand blasting, various usage of hand tools, grinding, cleaning parts, using forklifts and overhead cranes. Full time, with generous benefits (employee medical/dental insurance fully paid by company, 401K with company match, PTO, paid holidays). Must be 18+ years old, able to read a tape measure accurately, have reliable transportation, and available to work Mon-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime. Starting wage $17/hour, with periodic raises after review period.
