NW Industrial Staffing is currently a Material Handler/Warehouse for a local sheet metal fabrication and assembly shop. In this role, qualified candidates will be working with the manufacturing and purchasing departments to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.

What we are seeking:

1+ years in receiving or cycle counting. Load, unload, move, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment. Store materials in designated locations and maintain an organized warehouse. Great math and measurement skills are required to count and measure parts accurately, ensuring they are categorized correctly. Ability to count and categorize all current stock, reference, and correct numbers in the database. Have great attention for detail as many parts will look similar but have different measurements. Previous experience organizing stockrooms or warehouses. Good computer skills and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift 60 lbs. at times when moving parts and material for stocking and physical counts. Can stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull for 8 hours a day. Must have valid Oregon Drivers License as they will be driving 5 blocks to a different location driving a pickup or box truck.
