Warehouse Associate We're looking for a safety-focused Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll safely load, unload, move, and organize materials while ensuring accurate inventory, shipping documentation, and product quality. Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00am) Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products. Verify shipments for accuracy by matching products to packing lists and shipping documentation. Receive, store, organize, and move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the warehouse. Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking documentation accurately. Inspect products for quality and report inventory, equipment, or safety concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following all safety procedures and assisting with basic facility upkeep. Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure efficient shipping operations.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or forklift experience required. Recent Forklift certification or the ability to become certified; valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment, including hot conditions. Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Reliable attendance, dependable transportation, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
