Altsman coatings is looking to 4 to 6 hard-working reliable crew members to join our growing team. We specialize in sealcoating, sports court resurfacing and epoxy floor coatings. This is a hands-on, physical position, ideal for someone that takes pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a team. Key responsibilities

• assist in prepping and cleaning of work surfaces
• assist in mixing and applying product to surface area
• operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• maintain a organized job site
• must be available to work some weekend Qualifications
• ability to work well with a team and independently when needed
• self motivated with a strong work ethic
• able to work in outdoor condition, including heat
• physically capable of lifting and carrying up 50 pounds regularly
• strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• construction or coating experience is a plus, but not required ( we will train the right candidates)

Pay:

$18.00
