Your Day-to-Day:

Perform warehouse functions including picking, packing, stocking, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control Build pallets, load and unload shipments, and prepare orders for distribution Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required Process small parcel and LTL shipments accurately and efficiently Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives Sort, stage, and organize components and materials within the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established productivity, quality, and safety standards Assist with facility support and additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or logistics experience preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and reaching Ability to follow directions, procedures, and safety standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels and activity demands No hoops.
