Looking for a reliable, long-term opportunity with steady hours and built-in days off? We are hiring dedicated Production Associates for a major packaging manufacturer in Bethel, PA to support automated bag production machines.

Shift & Schedule Shift:

12-Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Schedule:

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days)

Weekend Requirement:

Must be willing and able to work every other full weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Enjoy having every other 3-day weekend off!

Pay:

$17.50

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work directly alongside automated machinery to ensure the continuous, even distribution of paper bag products.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring automated production machinery to ensure paper bags feed and distribute evenly Clearing minor jams, aligning materials, and keeping paper stock loaded Visually inspecting finished bags for defects, tears, or proper seals Stacking, bundling, and preparing finished products for palletizing Maintaining a safe, clean work area around high-speed equipment Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM ...
