Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of relevant warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience.
- 1+ year of pick/pack experience.
- Experience with inventory control, counting, and material verification.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Red Prairie, or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all established processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Safely transport materials throughout the facility using appropriate PPE and material handling equipment.
- Complete accurate SAP and other system transactions related to material movement.
- Receive, store, pick, pack, ship, and move materials as needed.
- Support inventory control activities, including counting and verification of materials and parts.
- Package finished products using visual work instructions and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Complete required documentation and transactional steps accurately and on time.
- Support receiving activities, including logging materials into the SAP database.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse and manufacturing teams.
- Quickly learn and effectively use new systems, technology, and operational tools.
- Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
