General Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available Various shifts available Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm - 20/hr Monday-Friday 9pm-5:30am - $22/hr Overtime is required daily, with shifts often extending beyond 7:00 PM until all tasks are completed. Efficiently load trailers with outgoing shipments destined for customers. Safely and strategically build stable box walls from the bottom to the top inside trailers to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transit. Cut and remove excess cardboard from around pallets, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Perform consistent lifting of packages weighing between 25 lbs and up to 70 lbs throughout the shift. Work effectively and safely in a fast-paced, physical environment, meeting daily operational goals.
General Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
Ability to consistently lift and carry items weighing 25-70 lbs. Proven capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse setting. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
