Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control Operations in Breinigsville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help support a secure environment by managing access points, monitoring entry activity, responding to alarm-related concerns, and assisting employees and visitors with professionalism. Full Time Pay Rate:
$19.47 / Hour Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) : Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges to ensure secure entry. Alarm Panel Experience (B202) : Proficiency in monitoring and responding to alarm systems, ensuring a swift and effective response to any incidents. Customer Service Experience (B219) : Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify visitor, employee, and vendor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter, with attention to restricted-access locations and telecommunications or technology equipment areas. Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive workplace environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
