In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, supporting order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us deliver excellence to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize stock efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels, process orders, and update records in real-time. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picking techniques and packaging best practices. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods for damages, and ensuring proper documentation. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order fulfillment. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse distribution principles. Support warehouse safety protocols by adhering to load & unload procedures, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean workspace. Requirements Proven warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks is a plus. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems). Competency in basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms is advantageous. Strong attention to detail in order picking & packing processes to ensure accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
