They know that life happens!"•Toni, Staffmark Associate What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities. Successful Warehouse Associate candidates understand warehouse organization, inventory procedures, shipping processes, and safe material handling while supporting efficient daily operations. Reliable performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction. This role rewards individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work.
