Hiring for warehouse Worker in Pittsburg, PA paying $16 to $20 per hour Job Description This entry-level warehouse position supports daily packaging, material handling, and shipping operations on the 2nd shift. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to read and follow work orders, pick and stage products, and ensure materials move efficiently through the warehouse. The role requires consistent time on your feet, clear communication, and safe handling of products and equipment. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to package items accurately and efficiently. Read and follow work orders in English to pick parts and ensure correct items are selected. Stage products for shipment in the designated areas to support timely order fulfillment. Work with supervision to understand daily work demand and adjust priorities as needed. Handle materials independently while maintaining safety and accuracy standards. Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis as part of daily tasks. Perform general labor tasks to support inventory, production, and shipping activities. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, when trained and authorized. Assist with inventory-related tasks, including counting, organizing, and restocking materials. Support overall warehouse production by following established processes and meeting performance expectations. Essential Skills Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day. Ability to read work orders in English and follow written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently. Experience or strong aptitude in packing and general warehouse tasks. Basic material handling skills, including safe movement of products and materials. Willingness to work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with packing, inventory, production, material handling, and shipping. Experience with order picking in a warehouse environment. Forklift experience or willingness to be trained on forklift operations. Comfort performing general labor tasks in a fast-paced setting.
