Job Description

Our client, a leading infrastructure and construction materials manufacturing company, is looking for a General Laborer to join their team in Croydon, PA . In this contract-to-hire role, you will support daily production operations in a concrete pipe manufacturing facility, working with machinery, hand tools, and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform concrete pipe patching and finishing tasks Operate and work alongside pipe making machinery and equipment Work with and around lift trucks in a safe and compliant manner Train and perform tack welding of pipe cages Use hand tools accurately and safely throughout the shift Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to all safety regulations on the shop floor
Requirements:
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Knowledge of basic measurements and ability to use a tape measure Familiarity with basic tools and their proper uses Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) Physical exam required prior to start

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00
