Job Description
Job Description We are looking to hire Assemblers / General Laborers for a production facility in Delano, PA. Will ensure the efficient running of production. Seeking reliable candidates, able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. Pay Rate / Schedule Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed 6:00am to 2:00pm Overtime may be required, 8 to 10 hour shifts $16.00/hour based on experience Responsibilities (included but not limited to) Operate hand tools, powered tools, saws and ability to use a tape measure Complete assembly of various wooden products Stack and move lumber and completed products Set up machines to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings Feed raw material or parts to machines Inspect parts with measuring tools Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Skills No experience needed! Willing to train! Working knowledge of diverse machinery, powered tools, and measurement tools preferred but not required Understanding of production procedures Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills
