What You'll Do Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks, ensuring secure and accurate handling Receive and verify incoming materials, including counts and part numbers Stage raw materials and finished goods in proper warehouse locations Pull and prepare materials based on daily production schedules Supply production lines to keep operations running smoothly Transport finished goods from production to shipping areas Assist with inventory control , including organizing, tracking, and staging materials Ensure quality standards are met for materials and finished products Maintain accurate documentation and follow production instructions (including Navision or similar systems) Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping to support safety and contamination prevention Support general warehouse and production tasks such as picking, packing, and order processing Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and quality goals What You Bring Experience operating a sit-down forklift (regular use required, though not 100% of the role) Work experience in warehouse, material handling, or production environments Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory processes Strong attention to detail when verifying materials and documentation Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality specifications Willingness to support production and general labor tasks as needed Ability to lift up to 55 lbs occasionally Valid driver's license (required for forklift operation) Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) Experience in plastics processing, extrusion, or manufacturing Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision ) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules Why Join Us? ✅ Opportunities for growth and advancement ✅ Skill development that can increase your earning potential ✅ Stable, full-time schedule with long-term career potential ✅ Supportive team environment focused on success and safety We believe in promoting from within and rewarding employees who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Work Environment & Schedule Shift:
First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional extension to 4:30 PM)

Monday-Friday with minimal Saturday work

Active plastics manufacturing facility (includes warehouse, production floor, and cooler areas) Frequent movement throughout facility required Regular forklift operation and material handling Steel-toe leather boots required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
