East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 $18 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Full-time | Overtime may be required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical capability, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this position, the associate will also oversee or delegate tasks to a team member during daily operations, so prior experience in a supervisory or lead capacity is preferred. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory processes, with strong computer skills and the ability to read, interpret, and solve more complex order-related and warehouse documentation. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, load, and unload materials and products accurately and efficiently Record and reconcile inbound receipts using ERP systems or other computer-based inventory systems Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy Conduct visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished goods Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for efficiency Operate scanning and inventory tracking systems as required Support shipping and receiving operations as needed Delegate and coordinate daily tasks with warehouse team members Provide guidance to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Candidates should have prior warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, or similar functions. This role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs, and to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential. Candidates must be able to work additional hours or overtime when needed and communicate effectively in a team environment. Prior lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. A valid state driver's license is required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. E-commerce experience is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
