Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working individual that is able to complete all physical tasks while embracing customer satisfaction. A Yard Attendant must be able to effectively communicate any issues or questions to management and peers. Cleveland Brothers will be dependent on the Yard Attendant to prepare and ensure quality of equipment for customers. This individual must be open to potential overtime and occasional weekend call-ins.
Primary Responsibilities:
Fill out accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and follow all procedures listed in the shipping and receiving handbook. Prepare equipment to customer specifications before shipping. Maintain a clean and organized yard environment. Able to work productively in an industrial environment that is subject to significant work conditions.
Knowledge / Skills
/ Qualifications Must have good motor coordination skills Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence • Able to work in workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures Must be able to lift 50 pounds Effective customer skills Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
