Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Material Handler Safely managing and transporting inventory and materials to designated areas throughout the facility. Adhering to established put-away protocols and accurate inventory control procedures. Operating forklifts and material handling equipment efficiently and safely as required. Loading, unloading, and organizing incoming and outgoing stock. Optimizing and adjusting storage locations to maximize warehouse efficiency. Collaborating with and assisting other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements of a Material Handler High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and support cross-functional teams. A proven track record of excellent punctuality and reliable attendance. Demonstrated career stability and commitment to previous employers. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow both written and verbal directives.
