Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are a family-owned 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfillment company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and wants consistent part-time hours in a fast-paced, organized environment. You will assist with inventory handling, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse operations to ensure our clients' orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and accurately log inbound inventory using RF scanners and our warehouse management system Pick, pack, and prepare outbound e-commerce orders with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts, stock organization, and inventory verification Assist with shipping and receiving, labeling, and order verification Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers (experience a plus; training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments Communicate inventory discrepancies, damages, or issues to warehouse management Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or 3PL experience preferred Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Ability to safely lift and move packages throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA standards is a plus
