is searching for Warehouse Associate at its Glen Rock, PA location. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless operations which keep our business moving forward. Genesis Turfgrass is a turf and ornamental distributor in southern Pennsylvania. Whatever it takes. That's the Genesis Approach. In November 2005, Genesis was established by long-time Green Professional, Mike Del Biondo. Armed with the lessons and experiences of more than twenty-five years in the Green Industry, Mike set out to provide Maryland area Turf and Ornamental Professionals with the knowledge and products that they need to be successful. Since then, Genesis has grown steadily, now servicing Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.   • Receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Order fulfillment
  • Inventory management
  • Equipment operation
  • forklift
  • Facility maintenance
  • keeping the warehouse clean, organized and free of safety hazards
  • Compliance and safety Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a physical demanding environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Prior forklift certification preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
