Genesis Turfgrass, Inc. is searching for Warehouse Associate at its Glen Rock, PA location. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless operations which keep our business moving forward. • Receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Order fulfillment
• Inventory management
• Equipment operation
• forklift
• Facility maintenance
• keeping the warehouse clean, organized and free of safety hazards
• Compliance and safety Required qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a physical demanding environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed Preferred qualifications:
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Prior forklift certification preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
