$15.00•$20.00 per hour About Us We are a fast-growing medical equipment company looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality equipment quickly and accurately. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Clean, test, and prepare medical equipment for inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and storage locations Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Perform quality checks to ensure outgoing orders are accurate Assemble products and accessories as needed Help maintain warehouse supplies and inventory records Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners (or willing to learn) Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Supportive, team-focused work environment Stable, year-round employment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Enjoys staying active throughout the day Is organized and pays attention to details Works well with others while taking initiative Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a company where your work makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
