Description Job Description Join our growing Hatfield team as a Material Handler, where you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for pulling, packing, and preparing materials for movement through the facility—ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality every step of the way. What You'll Do Read work orders or follow instructions to identify items to be moved, gathered, or distributed Load and unload materials by hand or using forklifts, dollies, or other warehouse equipment Perform basic computer transactions to maintain accurate inventory records Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, suppliers, and internal teams Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency Follow all company safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
What You Bring Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of warehouse or materials handling experience Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and operate warehouse equipment Basic math, reading, and communication skills inEnglish Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling machinery Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and basic desktop applications Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing setting, requiring regular physical activity including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
