We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery
- Packing (Grandi Paddler/Inspector) to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery.
As a General Labor team member, you will be accountable for ensuring frozen products are properly aligned and inspected before entering the automated vision system, helping maintain product quality, equipment efficiency, and a safe production environment. Shift & Schedule

Required Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Inspect and position frozen products to ensure proper flow into the automated vision system
Remove defective or improperly aligned products to prevent equipment jams and maintain efficiency
Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with GMP standards
Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve issues
Support production goals by following schedules, minimizing waste, and maintaining efficiency
Participate in team activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills and timekeeping ability
Ability to make sound, logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs and frequently carry 20+ lbs
Willingness to work in varying conditions (cold, wet, noisy, or confined spaces)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Experience working with automated production equipment
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
