Express Employment is seeking reliable General Laborers for a full-time opportunity in the Jeannette area. This position works in a manufacturing environment producing plastic materials and components, with opportunities to learn machine operation and grow within the company.

Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Holiday pay (where applicable) Referral bonuses Opportunity to gain valuable work experience One-on-one support from our team to help you succeed Responsibilities of the general laborer: Learn to operate various plastic extrusion machines Set up and monitor machines to meet production quotas and quality standards Stack materials safely and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met Use basic and power hand tools as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with general labor tasks throughout the facility Requirements of the general laborer: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to multi-task and follow instructions Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting Forklift experience required Willingness to complete on-the-job training Team-oriented with a positive attitude
