Job Description

General Laborer - Johnstown, PA
Join a CHS client in Johnstown that specializes in material handling metals for use in the various specialty industries. This hands-on role offers a variety of industrial and production responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, making it a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team.
Shift/Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p

Pay:

$18.00-$20.00/hour (forklift experience preferred)Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
Load scrap metal into processing equipment. Unload incoming trucks and assist with material handling. Sort metal materials into designated containers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift. Forklift experience Comfortable working in an industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions. Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.

You should be proficient in:

Warehouse Experience Material Handler Experience Loading and Unloading Vehicles Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
