Job Description:
M&P O'Sullivan has played an integral role in the Irish Food industry for over 100 years. Over the last 10 years, turnover and headcount has doubled, with significant further growth envisaged over the coming few years, which makes this a fantastic time to join the team. As growth continues, we are delighted to be hiring 2 Warehouse Operative Replenishers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Stock Replenishment:
Accurately picking and packing orders, rotating stock, and ensuring product availability.
Material Management:
Monitor, restock and maintain adequate supplies by use of operating warehouse handling equipment.
Order Fulfillment:
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, potentially including loading and securing goods.
Inventory Management:
Conducting stock checks, helping with pallet audits, and maintaining accurate records.
Warehouse Organisation:
General housekeeping duties. Keep storage areas organised & tidy by use of safe warehouse practices and use of warehouse management systems.
Quality and Safety:
Compliance with all warehouse procedures. Adhering to hygiene, food safety (if applicable), and workplace health and safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse or industrial setting. Ability to communicate in English. Reliable and professional attitude. Willingness to work overtime as required. 37.50 hours per Week Monday- Friday Fork-lift Licence preferred
