Description Temporary General Laborer Location:
Latrobe, Pennsylvania
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join a manufacturing team. This position is primarily responsible for painting metal parts and removing protective plastic coverings from finished and unfinished parts. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and staying active throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Paint small to large metal parts according to company specifications
Remove plastic and protective coverings from metal parts
Prepare parts for painting and other production processes
Inspect parts for proper coverage, cleanliness, and quality
Move and handle materials throughout the work area
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, painting, or general labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 45 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
