Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with operating forklifts or other material handling equipment. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move materials and products within the manufacturing facility using manual and mechanical means. Assist machine operators and skilled tradespeople by preparing materials and tools needed for production tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with safety and quality standards. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Support inventory management by tracking materials and reporting shortages or discrepancies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about operational procedures and safety updates.
