Job Title:

General Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team, responsible for packing, shipping/receiving, operating forklifts, and mixing materials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Responsibilities Pack materials of varying sizes quickly and efficiently as they come down the production line. Operate forklifts to move pallets to storage racks or load them into trucks. Mix materials by ensuring paint powder is correctly fed into pipes to start the production process. Move carts of material and apply stickers to racks as needed. Perform various other tasks as assigned to support production operations. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to wear proper PPE and follow all safety requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. No prior experience required, but automated assembly experience is helpful. Some experience with sit-down forklifts. Comfortable working in a production environment. Able to work 60-hour weeks when required.

1st - (M-F) 5am-3:30pm (19/hr) 2nd/3rd (M-T) 3pm-3am (20/hr) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Manchester, PA.
