Warehouse Manager / Fulfillment Lead Who We Are At Box Flipz, we turn pallets into profits and boxes into dreams. From mystery boxes to full truckloads, we're building a national liquidation brand—starting right here in Western PA. Our team moves fast, works hard, and supports each other like family. Position Overview We're looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Product Sorters & Warehouse Workers. This role is critical to keeping our operation running efficiently. You'll be responsible for receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory, prepping product for retail or resale, updating stock levels, and assisting with daily warehouse tasks including Whatnot fulfillment and pallet builds. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload truckloads of mixed merchandise Sort inventory into designated categories (bins, boxes, high-end items, mystery lots) Accurately log and track inventory using our warehouse system or spreadsheet tools Replenish product in bins or retail shelves using restock schedule Assist with boxing and prepping items for Whatnot shows and app orders Build pallets based on wholesale orders or internal inventory strategy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and report hazards or issues promptly Support fulfillment and shipping teams as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse or sorting experience preferred (but not required) Experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or digital tracking tools is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with ability to identify condition and value of products Ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision A team-first attitude and willingness to help where needed Interest in ecommerce, liquidation, or resale is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with opportunity for bonuses Fast-paced, family-style team culture Employee discount on inventory Flexible scheduling options Opportunity for growth into fulfillment, logistics, or floor lead roles
