  • 3:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inbound Associate to join our automated distribution center.
This position is responsible for supporting inbound receiving operations, ensuring incoming product and materials are received, processed, documented, and communicated accurately to the appropriate teams. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience along with strong computer skills. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with data and reports while also being physically active in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and process inbound shipments and products. Verify incoming product, quantities, labels, and shipment information for accuracy. Enter and maintain receiving information using computer systems. Prepare and provide reports and data to the Shipping team. Ensure all inbound information is accurate and complete to prevent shipping, inventory, and processing errors. Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, missing information, or other issues to the appropriate team. Coordinate with Shipping, Warehouse, and other departments to keep product moving efficiently. Label and organize incoming materials as required. Move and stage product throughout the warehouse. Use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed. Assist with stocking and organizing inventory. Perform regular walking and movement throughout the warehouse to support inbound operations. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Follow all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to enter and retrieve information accurately. Experience working with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or shipping/receiving software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work with reports, data, and inventory information. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate issues appropriately. Experience with pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the warehouse. Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated distribution environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
