Warehouse Associate II Reports to:
Warehouse Manager Job Type:

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate II will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate storage, picking, and shipping of products. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Inventory Management:
Ensure all items are properly stored and accurately recorded in the inventory system.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards and instructions. Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure that the warehouse is organized for maximum efficiency.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects or damage and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Specialist.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other warehouse associates and teams to meet daily operational goals. Assist with special projects as needed.
Stock Replenishment:
Assist with inventory counting and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.

Education:
High school diploma or an equivalent.
Experience:
None.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic technological skills for inventory management. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or retail experience is a plus. Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
Physical Requirements/Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to walk multiple miles per day. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 60-90 degrees. Flexibility to stay until all orders are completed for the day.
