General Laborers paying up to $19/hour! Can start ASAP! We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is on the inspection of raw materials and ensuring that our machinery and plant areas are kept clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities Inspect raw materials before they are dispatched. Clean mixer machines thoroughly to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure the plant is clean and free from debris, contributing to a safe work environment. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and cleaning. Familiarity with visual inspections within the manufacturing industry. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work on the first shift from 5:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays. Join a team of 50 employees in a dynamic environment filled with machinery that processes rock for paver production. Be prepared for a loud, sometimes dirty environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Safety is a priority, requiring adherence to strict safety policies and the use of personal protective equipment, including long pants, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats in designated areas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parker Ford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
