Job Summary :
The Admin Clerk/ Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and branch office.

Branch Manager Supervisory:
None Essential Functions:
Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of RMAs Receiving of purchase orders into P21, following up on purchase orders as needed Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Answers the phone and directs calls as necessary Maintains filing systems Pack and prepare orders for shipment with care and attention to product safety Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items ,checks against suppliers count and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing officer per company policy. Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, dunnage, and returnable pallets. Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions. Receive and unpack incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts Assist with returns and restocking as needed
Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred Familiarity with alarm and security system components is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Computer skills using P21 or other shipping/inventory software Good organizational and time management skills A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
