Warehouse Associate National Convention and Trade Show Contractor located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Warehouse Team Member. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the capability of working in a fast paced, team environment.

Position Responsibilities & Description:

In this position, you will execute day-to-day tasks of the Stetson Warehouse to contribute to the overall success to a specific event and maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

To assist in warehouse and report progress to Director of Warehouse & Facilities To work closely with all warehouse personnel to build team morale To organize and plan out own workload in consultation with the supervisor to ensure all deadlines are being met. Driving equipment to and from show site, minimal travel General upkeep of Stetson garage / organization; made aware of ALL maintenance with Stetson vehicles. To follow opening and closing procedures on daily basis Keep up with interior and exterior building maintenance for a clean, organized and safe working warehouse environment and mediate third party contractors. Assist with all inventory counts within warehouse and keep record

Event Related Responsibilities:

To communicate with Production Team, Event Team, and other Warehouse personnel on current or future events. Prepare items for events from official Pull Sheet. Report any inaccuracies or questions on Pull Sheet. Pull, top, skirt and stack tables according to the pull sheet. Prepare all materials for show loading and assist in truck layout. Load and unload all trucks. Return all event materials back to their assigned area in the warehouse after cleaning and quality check. Report any damaged goods and be knowledgeable of warehouse needs / inventory. Driving, loading and unloading trucks and overseeing at show site as needed. Assist in the organization of exhibitor freight shipments and ensure freight acceptance procedures are being properly executed Clean, pull, restock and keep current inventory up to date for all carpet and deco equipment. Constant communication with your team members and supervisor

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

Team player Able to work in fast paced environment Commitment to company / team General knowledge of hand and power tools Manual labor Truck loading / unloading experience Valid driver license Forklift experience a plus Please send cover letter and resume to Will Sandherr( ). Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
