Job Description

Linen production & distribution company based in Staten Island NY, with production facilities in Egypt, is seeking a reliable and capable warehouse worker. Must be able to adapt to changing demands and needs while maintaining composure to changing needs.
Our product lines include:
Bedding (sheets pillowcases, pillows, mattress pad, encasements, pillow tops, etc.), terry (all towel products), rugs, shower curtains, robes, slippers We are expanding our footprint into Quakertown PA and are seeking a skilled, energetic and knowledgeable Warehouse Lead. General Overview Ensure warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently Maintain product in an intelligent, organized and orderly manner Effectively read and interpret orders, verifying item #/SKU of product Ensure customer satisfaction Stack pallets per order Read invoice/shipping list Work independently Performs other job duties as assigned. Ability to lift and bend- minimum-50lbs What you need to succeed: Ability to work well independently Must have at least 2 years' related experience. Operate a forklift and function alongside the operation via manual labor Must have knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes. Must have knowledge of safety programs. Ability to read and interpret documents such as bill of lading and invoices May be required to work longer days Spanish language ability helpful Reliable/commitment to job Forklift certification Working knowledge of Quakertown/Trenton metropolitan areas including Philadelphia, etc. We are committed to extending equal opportunity in employment to all qualified candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our organization.
