Abbott Furnace Company, a leading manufacturer in industrial furnaces, located in St. Marys, PA is currently seeking a General Laborer to support our team. At Abbott Furnace Company, no two days are exactly alike. Our team is involved in the entire manufacturing process—from design engineering and fabrication to electrical programming, plumbing, insulation, painting, testing, and shipping. No prior furnace manufacturing experience is required—we will provide the training you need to succeed. Responsibilities Assist with various manufacturing and production tasks Operate hand and power tools safely Support fabrication and shop operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies Work effectively as part of a team Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Manufacturing or industrial experience is helpful but not required Abbott Furnace Company offers a competitive wage and benefit package including paid vacation, medical, dental & vision insurance, 10 paid holidays, and a 401K retirement plan with company match.
