Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and freight-handling operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow instructions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Loader/Unloader will assist with loading and unloading shipments, moving products and packages, organizing freight, and preparing outgoing shipments. Training will be provided, and previous warehouse or logistics experience is not required. Responsibilities Load and unload packages, freight, pallets, and materials from trucks and delivery vehicles Move products safely between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas Sort incoming shipments and organize freight by destination Verify package counts, labels, and basic shipment information Stage outgoing shipments for scheduled pickups Assist with preparing packages and freight for transportation Inspect shipments for visible damage or labeling issues Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled items Use carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment as needed Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory Keep loading docks, staging areas, and workspaces clean and organized Follow proper lifting techniques and workplace safety procedures Communicate with team members regarding daily loading and unloading priorities Assist with general warehouse tasks during busy periods Perform other material-handling duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse or loading experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to safely lift and move packages and freight Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Good attention to detail and safety Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time employment Paid training Entry-level friendly environment No previous warehouse experience required Opportunities to develop shipping, warehouse, and logistics skills
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
