Job Description
TRAVEL • 30 - 40% The Building Maintenance Associate is responsible for operating a single-axle truck to transport and deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to company stores and corporate locations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory within the warehouse while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment and ensuring company equipment is properly maintained. In addition, the Building Maintenance Associate provides support to Building Maintenance Technicians by assisting with maintenance projects, repairs, and other departmental tasks as needed. Maintain and safely operate company owned equipment used in the department, i.e. material handling equipment, tools, systems, vehicles, etc. Work with other departments and stakeholders regarding surplus assets needs in the construction of new stores, remodels and expansions. Fulfill work order requests for the pick up and delivery of surplus equipment. Perform assigned work to completion, or as instructed.
