Warehouse Travel Position- Rapid Response Associate Description Are you looking for a full-time contract role that offers competitive pay and covers your travel expenses? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our SIMOS Solutions Rapid Response Team, supporting client worksites across the United States. This is a 100% travel position with assignments typically lasting 3-6 months. Team members receive a per diem of up to $160 per day (based on assignment and attendance) to help cover living expenses.

12-hour shifts- shifts may vary Schedules to be determined based on assignment Overtime is expected Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance $27/hr - $27/hr Employment Type & Shifts Temporary or Contract All Shifts Rotating Shifts Job Responsibilities As part of our Inspection and Rework Team, your primary responsibilities will include: Inspecting glass panels for defects or damage that do not meet quality standards Repairing defective panels or replacing them with compliant products Safely handling and moving panels between racks Ensuring all defective items are properly reworked before being sent to the shipping department This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to travel while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Attendance Expectations:

Current policy allows up to 1 hour of tardiness before losing per diem eligibility; however, for this project, this will be reduced to no more than 30 minutes Repeated tardiness, even as little as 5 minutes-will not be tolerated Continued late arrivals will result in replacement Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 60 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $27.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
